Possesses a Salesforce architect mindset with the ability to consider platform design, data architecture, integrations, governance, technical debt, and long-term scalability, regardless of formal architect certification. • Ability to balance tactical business needs with strategic platform design, serving as both a trusted administrator and a forward-thinking Salesforce solution architect. • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with a focus on continuous improvement. • Ability to work independently, take ownership of initiatives, and drive projects from concept through implementation. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
