Ideal Candidate • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience, preferably in valet, parking, hospitality, or resort operations. • Strong customer service skills and a welcoming, professional attitude. • Ability to give clear direction, motivate employees, and remain calm during busy periods. • Good organizational skills and attention to detail. • Willingness to actively assist the team throughout each shift. • Dependable transportation and consistent availability for weekends and holiday weeks. • Prior experience working in winter conditions is preferred. Qualifications and Work Requirements • Must be at least 18 years old. • Valid driver’s license held for at least one year, with a driving record that meets VPA’s hiring standards. • Must maintain a valid license and an acceptable driving record throughout employment. • Ability to safely operate a variety of guest vehicles; manual transmission experience is preferred. • Must complete VPA’s required background screening and driving evaluation. • Ability to communicate effectively with guests, coworkers, and resort personnel. • Ability to perform the essential duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation, including extended standing and walking, repeatedly entering and exiting vehicles, and assisting with luggage and equipment. • Comfortable working outdoors in cold temperatures, snow, and other winter weather conditions.
