Creates data directories/sub directories for file and report generation retrieval purposes. Maintains paper and/or disk file of entered data. 4.0 Minimum Requirements • Requires a H.S diploma (or equivalent) Excellent typing skills. • Exceptional communication, organizational, and customer service skills (in person, email, and on the phone). • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Superior follow-up, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency with various software; including Microsoft Office, Outlook. • Problem-solving, analytical skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously are essential. 5.0 Fitness for Duty – Physical Demands • Refer to Appendix 1 of Section 2.1.2a of the Safety Manual, Medical Evaluations for details on Fit for Duty – Physical Demands for this position. • The ability to perform all tasks listed is a requirement for this job description 6.0 Responsibilities • Review and finalize miscellaneous reports and proposals; prepare outgoing documents and mail as necessary • Prepares and issues the applicable reports and invoices for clients • Reviews discrepancies in data received, requests clarification or advises supervisor of issues related to data and performs data verification routines in accordance with company procedures. • Interacts with departmental and other staff on matters • Reviews discrepancies in data received, requests clarification or advises supervisor of issues related to data and performs data verification routines in accordance with company procedures. • Interacts with departmental and other staff on matters affecting data and makes recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes to ensure standards in data entry, collection, and retrieval.
