Job Description JOB TITLE: Baker REPORTS TO: General Manager Job Type Part Time Employee DEPARTMENT: West Corporate Store LOCATION: Brea, CA Position Overview: We are looking for a Baker to join our Tous Les Jours Brea Store. The Baker position is responsible for preparing and baking breads, pastries, and other bakery products while following recipes, production schedules, and quality standards. Maintains a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment and supports daily bakery operations in a fast-paced team setting. Job Responsibilities: • Prepare and bake breads, pastries, and other bakery products according to company recipes and standards. • Follow daily production schedules and maintain consistent product quality. • Prepare ingredients and operate bakery equipment safely. • Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product appearance. • Keep the bakery area, equipment, and workstations clean and organized. • Properly store ingredients and follow food safety and sanitation guidelines. • Work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced bakery environment. • Assist with other bakery duties as needed. Qualifications: • Previous bakery or food preparation experience preferred but not required. • Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately. • Reliable, responsible, and able to work as part of a team. • Able to stand for extended periods and lift bakery ingredients and supplies. • Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends.
