Benefits Offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD, LTD & 401k plans ADC Management Services is seeking an experienced Licensed Behavioral Health Specialists to support a federal behavioral health program in Chula Vista, California. This is a full-time, onsite position providing behavioral health support to children and adolescents in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Key Responsibilities The Licensed Behavioral Health Specialist will: • Provide behavioral health support to children and adolescents • Conduct behavioral health assessments and provide short-term clinical interventions as appropriate • Provide crisis intervention and behavioral health support in response to individual needs • Apply trauma-informed and culturally responsive approaches when working with children, adolescents, and vulnerable populations • Support individuals experiencing stress, trauma, adjustment challenges, and other behavioral health concerns • Collaborate with program leadership and multidisciplinary partners to support continuity and quality of services • Maintain appropriate professional boundaries, confidentiality, and ethical standards • Maintain required documentation in accordance with program requirements • Participate in program activities, meetings, and coordination efforts as required • Support additional behavioral health and program needs as assigned Minimum Qualifications Candidates must meet the following requirements: • Active, unrestricted, independent clinical license in any U.S. state or territory, including LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC, LMHC, Psychologist, or equivalent • Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience • Demonstrated experience working with children, adolescents, families, and/or vulnerable populations • Experience with trauma, crisis intervention, behavioral health, or related clinical services • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary and fast-paced environment • U.S. Citizenship • Ability to work onsite in Chula Vista, California You May be eligible for: • $5,000 Sign-On Bonus To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
