Your day-to-day will include: • Providing 1:1 therapy using play-based and behavioral interventions • Teaching communication, social, and self-help skills (yes, even potty training wins!) • Following treatment plans designed by BCBAs • Partnering with families to support progress at home • Tracking data and celebrating every milestone • Helping maintain a fun, clean, and welcoming clinic environment What We’re Looking For • High School Diploma or GED (some college preferred) • Reliable attendance and transportation • RBT certification or willingness to complete company-paid training • Compassion, patience, and energy for working with young children • Ability to pass background check and complete CPR training Pay & Perks • Starting at $18/hour + raises every 6 months (first 2.5 years) • Monthly bonuses: • $50 for perfect attendance • $50 for accurate documentation • 401(k) with 4% match • Medical, dental, vision insurance (strong employer contribution) • $50,000 company-paid life insurance • 3 weeks PTO + 8 paid holidays • Your birthday off (paid!) • Monthly incentive bonus after 1 year Schedule Monday – Friday | 8:25 AM – 4:30 PM No weekends......because work-life balance matters.
