Job Posting Job Title: Data Processing Clerk FLSA: Non-Exempt Description: To support the overall organization by accurately and effectively insuring that all customer’s orders are transmitted, checked and verified before picking. Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Information Systems Support • Uploading all customer’s orders • Reading each customer’s order to ensure accuracy • Identifying issues on orders • Editing customer’s orders as needed and making changes in AS400 • Calling customers with questions, concerns, problems, etc. • Research problems, take appropriate action, follow up with any trends • Pick, assemble & invoice current day customers. • Support the sales team with price books, shelf tags, etc • Handle all customer requests on ordering unit (Cipher unit). • Keep inventory & repair log of Cipher Units. • Customer Service • Adhere to professional and courteous treatment of all customers, both internal and external. • Follow up to ensure all customer issues will be resolved as quickly and accurately as possible. • Knowledge Skills & Abilities • Computer experience required. • Microsoft Office (word, excel, etc). • Experience with AS400 preferred. • Must have problem solving capabilities. • Must be organized and detail oriented when relaying information. • 10 Key by Touch. • Work under tight deadlines. • Good mathematical aptitude. • Excellent written skills. • Excellent verbal communication. Education 1. High School Degree or Equivalent **Must be in your current position for at least 6 months
