Requirements: • Minimum 1 year of HHA experience • Valid NY HHA Certificate • Experience assisting with transfers and mobility • Eligibility to work in the U.S. • Physical exam within the last 12 months • PPD or QuantiFERON within the last 12 months, or chest X-ray within the last 5 years • MMR immunization within the last 10 years • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for applicable cases DRIVERS ARE STRONGLY NEEDED!
