Position: Insurance Account Manager Location: North Dakota – Bismarck or Mandan Key Responsibilities: • Support insurance clients with policy questions, changes, renewals, and account servicing. • Partner with the sales team to support client retention, new business opportunities, and referrals. • Coordinate renewals, submit applications, and communicate with insurance carriers. • Maintain accurate client records and prepare insurance documents. • Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with insurance and regulatory requirements.
