Key Responsibilities • Team leadership: Lead, train, and motivate landscaping crew members while monitoring job progress, quality, and crew productivity. • Hands-on execution: Work alongside your crew on residential and commercial projects, performing physical tasks such as planting, maintenance, hardscaping, and installations. • Safety & standards: Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and up to company standards while interpreting site plans, project specifications, and layouts. • Communication & coordination: Communicate effectively with management, team members, and clients regarding project updates and details. Required Qualifications • Experience: 2+ years of hands-on landscaping experience. • Credentials: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to our shop in Ann Arbor, MI. • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50lbs +, complete physical labor, and work outdoors in all weather conditions. • Industry Tools: Familiarity with operating standard landscaping equipment and willingness to use company software platforms. Desired Qualifications • Leadership: 1+ years of direct experience specifically as a landscape crew leader or foreman. • Licensing: A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is a major plus.
