Technical Support Specialist – Autonomous Vehicles Location: Austin, TX (Onsite Only) Pay: $20–$24 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11 AM–7 PM Benefits Available We are hiring a Technical Support Specialist to help keep self-driving vehicles operating safely and smoothly. Job Duties • Troubleshoot vehicle and computer system issues • Use Unix/Linux commands to check system problems • Report and track issues using Slack and Jira • Check vehicle charging, startup, and shutdown • Inspect cables and basic vehicle equipment • Move vehicles around the garage • Communicate problems to engineering teams Requirements • 1+ year of technical support experience • Hands-on Unix/Linux command line experience • Experience with Slack and ticketing systems • Basic computer and troubleshooting skills • Valid driver's license held for 3+ years • Able to lift up to 50 lbs • Must work onsite in Austin, TX • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Great backgrounds: IT Support Technician, Linux Support Technician, Help Desk Technician, Technical Support Specialist, or Fleet Support Technician.
