Key Responsibilities & Outcomes • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Ground Zero’s goals. • Curate, create, and schedule compelling, on-brand content across various social media platforms. • Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and deliver insights to optimize strategy. • Collaborate with internal communication teams to integrate social media into broader campaigns. • Increase followership, engagement, positive sentiment, and brand perception across all platforms. Qualifications & Competencies • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or a related field. • Experience: 3–4 years of proven experience in social media management and managing successful campaigns. • Competencies: Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics, strong content creation/curation skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
