Responsibilities • Administer medications and injections as prescribed by physicians. • Perform phlebotomy procedures when necessary for lab tests. • Provide direct nursing care to children with medical complexities. • Monitor patient health and report any changes to the supervising Registered Nurse. • Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans for clients. • Educate patients and families on health management and medication administration. • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
