Utilize ResMan for financial reporting, leasing activity, and resident records. Ensure budget compliance, track expenses, and drive NOI growth. Develop and implement marketing and leasing strategies to maximize occupancy. Conduct regular property inspections and maintain company standards. Handle escalated resident concerns and resolve issues professionally. What We’re Looking For: ResMan software experience 5+ years of experience as a Property Manager in multifamily housing (required). Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
