Saginaw Rd, Midland MI $15.00 an hour ________________________________________________________________________________________ Essential duties and responsibilities: • Provide exceptional customer service to individuals donating to Goodwill. • Greet donors with a friendly, professional greeting. • Help donors safely transport their donations from their vehicle to the back room. • Assist with customer and donor concerns, addressing them in a professional manner. • Record all donors and donations accurately on the Donation Tracking form • Assist with janitorial duties, maintaining cleanliness in the back room and on the sales floor. • Maintain standard back room layout and orderliness to ensure efficiency. ________________________________________________________________________________________ Benefits?
