Join the Conejo Services Team! Conejo Services is looking for an experienced and motivated Leak Detection Plumber to join our growing Plumbing Department. We are seeking a skilled professional who can accurately diagnose and locate plumbing leaks, recommend effective repair solutions, and deliver outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities • Locate and diagnose slab leaks, underground leaks, and concealed leaks in walls and ceilings. • Utilize specialized leak detection equipment, including acoustic listening devices, thermal imaging cameras, and pressure testing tools. • Inspect residential and light commercial plumbing systems to identify leaks and potential issues. • Recommend appropriate plumbing repairs and provide accurate estimates. • Perform plumbing repairs as assigned and within qualifications. • Clearly communicate findings and repair options to customers. • Document inspections, photographs, and completed work in ServiceTitan. • Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle. • Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Benefits • Medical, Dental, Vision • 401K • Life Insurance, LTD, STD Qualifications • Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience, preferably in residential service. • Experience with leak detection and plumbing diagnostics. • Knowledge of plumbing systems, piping materials, and repair methods. • Ability to operate electronic leak detection equipment. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Excellent customer service and communication skills. • Valid California driver's license. • Ability to work independently and efficiently. • Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus. • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
