We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist for our busy CAI showroom in the Scottsdale Design District. The right person will be flexible in order to get the job done with the ability to be a multi tasker and have good administrative and analytical skills to stay focused on results, and is committed to continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be energetic, assertive and polished with a proven track record of building relationships over the phone. Responsibilities: • Work in the CAI sales system; • Uploading and applying money to orders (billing) • Uploading receipts and all documentation to orders • Direct communication via email and/or phone calls with Sellers and Designers for acknowledgements, shipping, and delivery and any issues that may arise • High level of customer service follow-through for our sellers and designers • Communicate with vendors and trucking companies on a daily basis for updates in orders. • Processing and handling all furniture claims (high volume) working with designers, delivery companies, facilitating issues between vendors and designers. • Phones – answer & offer assistance. Required: • High attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to organize and manage time effectively under strict timelines within a fast-paced environment • Excellent phone manner/customer service • Team-Player • Knowledgeable of MS Office/computer systems/dual screens • Demonstrated ability to maintain a positive can-do attitude and healthy working relationships with internal employees and external vendors C.A.I.
