Position Overview In this role, you’ll create a warm, nurturing environment where infants feel safe, connected, and encouraged to explore. You’ll support learning through responsive caregiving, play, sensory experiences, movement, and hands-on discovery—following each child’s individual interests, needs, and development. We’re looking for someone who loves working with infants, values strong relationships, is curious and open to learning, and enjoys being part of a collaborative, supportive team.
