What we are looking for: • Someone with mechanical experience willing to learn all ADAS Scanning and Calibration processes • Comfortable utilizing all tools and equipment to return vehicle back to pre-accident condition • Communicate all adjustments to management and team • Stay up to date on latest ADAS vehicle enhancements • Minimum of 5 years in a certified mechanical tech position or equivalent • Dealership experience preferred, but not required • ASE certification preferred, but not required Here are our non-negotiables: • Maintain a Monday – Friday 7:00am - 5:00pm schedule • Must be able to lift, squat, kneel, bend and manage car parts in excess of 50 pounds • You must have a valid driver's license • Teamwork and Communication skills • Self-accountable and Integrity What’s in it for you? • $80K - $100K - Team commission pay plan • Medical, Dental, Vision coverage, Life Insurance, and a Health Savings Account with a company contribution • 401(k) with company match • Paid Holidays, Vacation and Sick Time • Internal training and Potential for Growth within the Company We'll keep your inquiry and our conversations confidential from your current employer, regardless of the outcome.
