Cedar Creek is a 1,100 MW simple-cycle gas turbine power project built under a lump-sum EPC contract. As I&C Construction Manager you represent the owner for instrumentation and controls installation across the plant. What you get to do: • Oversee field instrument installation, mounting and impulse lines. • Monitor control system hardware installation and cabinet work. • Track instrument cable installation, terminations and loop integrity. • Oversee fire and gas detection system installation. • Review construction work packages and flag scope or constraint gaps early. • Attend system walkdowns and identify punch list items. • Monitor preservation and storage of instruments and control hardware. What you bring to the role: • 12+ years in I&C construction on power or process plants, at least 5 supervising. • 5+ years representing an owner over an EPC contractor under a lump-sum contract. • Hands-on experience with distributed control systems and turbine control interfaces. • Working knowledge of ISA standards and hazardous area installation. • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, or equivalent field experience. Nice to have: • OSHA 30 — provided by the project after mobilization if you do not hold it. • Proficiency with Bluebeam Revu, Procore and AI tools used with human verification.
