Full description

Pacifico Energy develops, finances, builds, and operates energy infrastructure that powers businesses and communities. In the U.S., we are tackling one of the biggest challenges facing AI and large-scale data centers: access to reliable power. Our private grids bring dedicated generation and energy storage directly to customers, helping projects move forward without waiting for traditional utility connections. We draw on Pacifico Energy Group’s experience across the U.S., Japan, South Korea, and Vietnam, spanning solar, wind, battery storage, and natural gas. Joining Pacifico means helping turn ambitious energy projects into operating infrastructure, with work that connects directly to the people and businesses building the future of AI. Cedar Creek is a 1,100 MW simple-cycle gas turbine power project built under a lump-sum EPC contract. As Piping QA Inspector you own examination coverage for piping on the owner's behalf: welding, NDE, pressure testing and material traceability. The construction team relies on you for examination judgement. What you get to do: • Own NDE coverage and review examination results across piping systems. • Monitor welder qualification and welding procedure compliance. • Witness hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure testing. • Verify material traceability and positive material identification. • Inspect pipe supports, spring hangers and cold pull. • Raise and drive closure of nonconformances. What you bring to the role: • 7+ years inspecting piping on power or process plants. • Working knowledge of ASME B31.1, B31.3 and Section IX. • CWI certification. • Proficiency with Bluebeam Revu, Procore and AI tools used with human verification. • Technical qualification, or equivalent years of field experience. Nice to have: • NDE Level II. • Owner-side inspection experience. • OSHA 30 — provided by the project after mobilization if you do not already hold it.
