About the role
As the Marketing Manager, you will work directly with the Senior Growth Marketing Manager and Senior Brand Manager to drive demand for new business and cross-sell across the DIGIDECK customer base. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role with a high bar, a fast pace, and direct access to leadership, built for someone who wants to accelerate a long-term career in marketing.
Responsibilities
• Execute and optimize paid programs across LinkedIn Ads, Google Search/Display and Meta, with clear ownership of spend, performance and pipeline impact
• Create content that drives demand, including blog posts, landing pages, campaign assets and sales enablement pieces for our target industries
• Build, write and launch email campaigns and nurture programs in HubSpot for both net-new prospects and existing customers
• Design, build and maintain web pages in WordPress/Elementor, focused on conversion and a seamless buyer experience
• Support CRM infrastructure across HubSpot and Salesforce, including lead routing, list hygiene, attribution and campaign reporting
• Use AI tools to speed up content production, research and campaign execution, and help find new ways to work smarter
• Partner with sales and customer success on cross-sell campaigns that grow revenue from existing accounts
• Track, report and present results to leadership, turning data into clear next steps
• Own projects end to end, from idea to launch to analysis, with minimal hand-holding
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field
• 3–4 years of experience in marketing or a related field
• Highly motivated, with a genuine passion for marketing and a clear goal of building a long-term career in it
• A relentless learner who seeks out feedback and new skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is willing to put in the work to meet high standards and tight timelines
• Strong writing skills and a sharp eye for design and detail
• Comfortable with data and analytics; experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress or paid ad platforms is a plus
