Essential Job Functions · Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers by identifying financial needs, providing appropriate banking solutions, and delivering a personalized, high-quality service experience that contributes to the success of the branch. · Perform a broad range of branch activities, including transaction processing, account opening, customer servicing, problem resolution, and referral generation while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence. · Build, maintain, and deepen customer relationships by proactively engaging customers, understanding their needs, and connecting them with products and services that support their financial goals. · Support branch sales, service, and promotional initiatives by adapting to changing business needs, identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience, and contributing to branch performance objectives. · Assist branch leadership with daily operational activities, including transaction approvals, reporting, balancing, and other branch support functions to ensure efficient branch operations. · Collaborate with branch staff and internal departments to deliver a seamless customer experience and resolve customer needs in a timely and professional manner. · Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications/Requirements · High school diploma or equivalent. · At least 1-2 years of cash handling, customer service, or sales experience. · Ability to exchange non-routine information using tact and persuasion as appropriate. · Strong verbal and written communication skills.
