Registered Nurse Wanted: Detox & Residential Care Millbury, MA | Full-Time | [$40/hr-$50/hr] About the Facility We're recruiting on behalf of a private addiction detox and residential treatment facility. This is a licensed, medically supervised program looking to add an RN to their nursing team. The Role This is hands-on, high-impact nursing. You'll be working directly with patients going through detox and residential treatment, monitoring them closely, managing symptoms, and being the calm, steady presence that makes a hard process feel safer. What You'll Do • Provide direct nursing care to patients in detox and residential treatment • Monitor patients closely through withdrawal, tracking vitals and symptoms • Administer medications and manage symptoms per established protocols • Coordinate with physicians and behavioral health staff on patient care • Document thoroughly and accurately in the EMR • Support patients emotionally through one of the toughest stretches of their lives What You Bring • Active, unencumbered RN license in MA (required) • 1+ years of substance use, detox, or behavioral health experience preferred • Comfort working 12-hour shifts • A steady hand and a calm presence under pressure • Strong documentation and communication skills Compensation & Benefits • $40-50 • 401(k) • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance • Dental insurance • Paid holidays
