Job Description The Business Operations Supervisor oversees the administrative, coordination, and back-office functions that support service division operations. This role ensures service workflows, billing processes, reporting, and team administration run efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with company standards. Requirements Job Responsibilities (List is not inclusive) • Supervise service coordinators, dispatchers, and administrative support staff within the service division • Oversee the work order lifecycle from creation through billing to ensure accuracy and timeliness • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for all service back-office functions • Partner with the accounting team to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely invoicing • Generate operational reports and dashboards to support service division leadership • Manage vendor and subcontractor administrative requirements including COIs and W-9s • Support system administration for service management software platforms • Coordinate new hire onboarding logistics for service division roles • Identify and implement process improvements across service operations • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across the service team Required Knowledge, skills, and abilities • Strong organizational and process management skills • Experience supervising administrative or operations support teams • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and service management software • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills Education and Experience • High School diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred • 3+ years of experience in operations, administration, or service coordination • Experience in construction or field service industry preferred • Valid driver's license with clean driving record required Physical Requirements • Required to stand, walk, and sit. • Talk or hear, both in person and by telephone. • Use hand (s) and fingers to handle or feel objects or controls. • Reach with hand (s) and arm (s), • Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 50 pounds.
