Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities • Manage planning activities to ensure the production line and pull systems have adequate supply. • Create short-, medium-, and long-term demand forecasts & continuously improve forecast accuracy. • Align demand plans with supply, production, inventory, and financial plans • Manage demand transitions during product phase-in and phase-out. • Utilize NBS Next tools to drive for leadership level on-time delivery Education and Experience • Associates or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Operations, Business and/or relevant work experience. • 3 years in a supply chain or planning role; manufacturing environment preferred. • ERP experience highly desired Skills and Abilities • Demand forecasting and statistical analysis • Data interpretation and problem-solving • Stakeholder management and communication • Business acumen and supply chain knowledge • Effective verbal and written communication skills Working Environment and Physical Demands To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
