We’re looking for Physical Therapists who are passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and making a meaningful difference every day. Key Responsibilities • Conduct screenings, evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with state practice acts, plan of care, and company policies • Help optimize functional mobility, independence, and quality of life for members of the aging population • Accurately complete all required documentation in a timely manner • Participate in required orientations, staff meetings, and in-service education • In collaboration with the Director of Rehabilitation, develop robust therapy program • Provide clinical supervision to Therapy Assistants as indicated • Follow all infection control procedures and OBRA Resident Rights Guidelines • Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and effectively prioritize patient care • Support compliance with all state and federal regulations • Perform duties that may involve moderate to heavy physical demands • Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned Qualifications • Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice • Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program • If foreign-trained, degree must be evaluated as equivalent to U.S. entry-level PT education by an APTA-approved credentialing agency What We Offer • Competitive compensation ($45.00 - $55.00 per hour) • Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with employer match • Paid onboarding and orientation • CEU allowance and licensure reimbursement • Clinical mentorship and preceptorship program • Work life balance • Career growth • Employee referral bonus program • Quick pay options available through PayActiv Diversity & Inclusion TransPerfect Health is committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and supportive workplace.
