We’re looking for Physical Therapist Assistants who are passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and making a meaningful difference every day. Key Responsibilities • Responsible for the treatment of residents with noted disorders or deficits within Physical Therapy scope of practice upon receiving physician order and completion of evaluation • Optimize the functionality and skills of patients • Completes all necessary documentation via Net Health • Collaborate with supervising PT developing programs appropriate to the needs of facility residents while fulfilling PTA/PT co-signature and supervision requirements • Attend all required meetings including care planning, staff meetings, family meetings, etc. • Assist the facility in meeting the standards necessary to obtain state and federal certification while following OBRA Resident Right Guidelines • Follow facility infection control policies and procedures • Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for the role and assigned by the manager/supervisor Qualifications • Current or eligible Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of practice What We Offer • Competitive compensation = $30.00 - $35.00 per hour • Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with employer match • Paid onboarding and orientation • Yearly CEU allowance and licensure reimbursement • Clinical mentorship and preceptorship program • Employee referral bonus program • Quick pay options Diversity & Inclusion TransPerfect Health is committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and supportive workplace.
