Description Cheetah Clean Auto Wash is looking for an organized, people-first Office & Customer Service Manager to lead our HQ office and own the customer experience across all 16 of our Kentucky and Tennessee locations. Be the go-to person for member and guest questions, membership issues, and service escalations across our entire network. ? Run a tight, welcoming Corporate HQ office — from day-to-day admin to vendor coordination. ? Lead and grow a customer service team as we expand. ? Team up with HR, Fleet, and Marketing on projects big and small. ? Turn frustrated customers into loyal ones. What You Bring ? 3+ years in customer service or office management — bonus points for multi-site or membership-based businesses. ? A knack for staying organized when priorities pile up. ? Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. ? Comfort with Excel and learning our DRB membership system and Paylocity. ? A leader's mindset — you build the process, not just follow it. ?
