Description At Kapnick Insurance, we care more about building a great team than we do "filling a position." We look for people who are motivated by helping others, accountable and driven, caring and empathetic, ethical, always learning, and fun! We enjoy a good challenge and want to be inspired by our coworkers. We work to create an environment where people value the ideas of others, are trustworthy, and who can make the complex, simple. We believe that exceptional behaviors drive exceptional results. And we celebrate those results together. That is why you will find us on the Detroit Free Press' list of Top Work Places, IIABA Best Practices list, Crain's Cool Places to Work and the Best and Brightest in Wellness to name a few of our most recent awards.
