Responsibilities: • Work with cross-functional teams to implement and verify improvement actions. • Assist with the collection, organization, and analysis of data. • Support investigations of customer complaints, nonconforming material, and production quality issues. Assist with root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions activities. • Help identify trends in scrap, defect, rework and other quality indicators.
