Location: Staunton, VA - In-Office Your Responsibilities: • Provide administrative support to production and inventory control functions • Review completed sales orders for accuracy and expedites paperwork related to sales orders • Contact vendors related to on-time delivery dates • Maintain files and records of current and potential suppliers, materials, prices, delivery dates and inventories • Prepare materials and supplies purchase orders, analyze quotes, and expedite deliveries and shipments as needed • Process change orders, notify vendors of material and quantity requirement revisions, and contact vendors regarding rate adjustments and incorrect materials • Provide data as requested to forecast estimates and schedules of goods in process and needs for future orders • Provide input to schedules, inventory reports, surplus stock lists, production specifications, and plant capacity data as requested Your Qualifications: • Associate degree, Technical Degree or equivalent experience • 0-2 years related experience Your Benefits: • Daikin Applied offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: • Multiple medical insurance plan options + dental and vision insurance • 401K retirement plan with employer match • Paid time off and company paid holidays • Paid sick time in accordance with the federal, state and local law • Tuition Reimbursement after 6 months of continuous service Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position. The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $19.38 to $30.85 in VA. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
