Description Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week | 5:45 AM – 2:15 PM | Every Other Weekend Join our team as a PSS/CNA and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents by providing compassionate, person-centered care and support. We are seeking a dependable and caring team member who takes pride in helping others maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life. Position Highlights: • Full-time position, 40 hours per week • Day shift: 5:45 AM – 2:15 PM • Every other weekend rotation • Supportive team environment focused on resident-centered care Responsibilities: • Provide direct care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility • Assist residents with comfort, safety, and personal needs • Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members • Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff • Promote a respectful and welcoming environment Qualifications: • Current CNA certification or PSS certification required • Long-term care or assisted living experience preferred • Ability to understand and respond to residents’ needs and inquiries in English is required. • Basic computer skills If you are looking for a rewarding role where your work directly impacts the lives of others, we invite you to apply and join our team!
