Job Description • Shift Handling activity , Breakdown handling and shift reporting • Root cause analysis, CAPA and proactive approaches • Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime • Knowledge of PLC, servo drives, transducer, SPM , Assembly stations • ST programming understanding, diagnosis and process mapping • CAPA implementation, PM and predictive check sheet upgradation • Familiar with SAP, I4.0, Robotics, Drawing study • Monitor and report on maintenance KPIs and performance metrics • Ensure timely and high-quality repairs of equipment and infrastructure • Manage spare parts inventory and procurement • Coordinate with production, safety, and engineering teams for seamless operations • Maintain compliance with regulatory and environmental standards • Manage audits and inspections to identify risks and improvement areas • Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement • Supervise, train, and mentor maintenance staff and contractors Qualifications Mechatronics B.tech 4-7 years of experience Additional Information Ready to take your career to the next level?
