Job Description • Contractual Strategy: Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements and advise stakeholders on contract-related matters. • Advanced Legal Research & Advisory: Provide legal assessments requested by regional office or local stakeholders from time to time. • Corporate Secretarial Management: Preparation of board resolutions, annual declarations to the Ministry of Commerce, and ensure compliance with the Law on Commercial Enterprises. • Legal Operations & Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements for the local legal function.
