Responsibilities • Assist with the planning and execution of public relations initiatives and company communications. • Support outreach efforts with clients, partners, organizations, and other key contacts. • Help prepare written communications, presentations, announcements, and company materials. • Maintain organized records of contacts, communications, projects, and ongoing initiatives. • Assist with coordinating meetings, events, promotional activities, and company appearances. • Conduct research to identify potential partnership and public relations opportunities. • Support the development of clear and consistent company messaging. • Communicate professionally with internal teams and external contacts. • Assist with maintaining positive relationships with clients, partners, and community stakeholders. • Provide administrative and organizational support for public relations projects. • Represent Catch Vibe Voice with professionalism, confidence, and attention to detail.
