Digital Marketing Manager Location: Thane, Maharashtra (Work from office) Experience: 5+ years CTC: Up to ₹10 LPA Our client, a fast-growing consumer technology brand, is looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to drive brand visibility, website traffic and quality leads. Key Responsibilities • Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn • Own SEO and SEM strategy to grow organic traffic and conversions • Manage social media calendar, content and community engagement • Run email marketing and marketing automation programmes • Track and report KPIs (CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR) using GA4 and dashboards • Manage budgets and coordinate with agencies, designers and the sales team Requirements • 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience (B2C / D2C / consumer durables preferred) • Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools and GA4 • Experience with content, social media and email marketing • Analytical, data-driven approach with clear reporting skills • Good communication and stakeholder management • Graduate in any discipline; MBA (Marketing) preferred • Based in or willing to relocate to Thane / Mumbai Benefits • Competitive salary up to ₹10 LPA • Opportunity to own the digital marketing function at a growing brand • Collaborative, fast-paced work environment
