• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and contribute to outlet sales. • Promote and demonstrate products to customers and explain product features and benefits. • Engage with customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable products. • Ensure proper product placement, rack arrangement, and merchandising. • Maintain attractive displays and maximize product visibility at assigned outlets. • Monitor product availability and coordinate for stock replenishment when required. • Conduct product sampling, promotions, and other customer engagement activities. • Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotions, and visibility. • Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of assigned displays/racks. • Build and maintain good relationships with outlet staff. • Ensure proper execution of company promotions and merchandising guidelines Requirements • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Customer-friendly and confident approach • Strong sales and convincing skills • Target-oriented and proactive attitude • Basic understanding of merchandising and retail sales • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Willingness to work at assigned retail outlets
