Job Description: Logistics Executive Department: Logistics & Operations Location: Bangalore Employment Type: Full-Time Reporting To: Logistics Manager Position Summary The Logistics Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day dispatch operations, shipment tracking, courier coordination, and ensuring timely delivery of B2B and B2C orders. The role requires close coordination with Production, Sales, Customer Support, and Courier Partners to maintain smooth logistics operations and achieve delivery timelines. Key Responsibilities Shipment & Dispatch Management • Coordinate daily dispatch of B2B and B2C orders. • Ensure all shipments are handed over to courier partners as per scheduled pickup times. • Verify shipment details, labels, invoices, and documentation before dispatch. • Monitor same-day and priority shipments to ensure on-time delivery. Courier Coordination • Manage relationships with courier partners such as DTDC, Bluedart, Movin, Shiprocket, Porter, etc. • Track courier performance and report recurring issues. Shipment Tracking & Customer Support • Monitor all dispatched shipments until delivery. • Provide tracking updates to internal teams and customer support teams. Operational Coordination • Work closely with Production Team to ensure shipment readiness. • Coordinate with Sales Team for urgent and client-critical deliveries. • Support seasonal and bulk order dispatch planning. Reporting & Documentation • Maintain daily dispatch and delivery reports. • Update shipment records and logistics trackers. Preferred Experience • Minimum 1 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or supply chain operations.
