The Role We're hiring a Senior Business Analyst & Scrum Master to lead requirements gathering, Agile delivery, and day-to-day sprint execution for enterprise AI, analytics, and software development projects. This is a hands-on role combining business analysis, Scrum management, technical documentation, stakeholder coordination, and functional testing. You'll work directly with client business owners and product owners to understand business requirements, define product scope, translate requirements into actionable technical specifications, and coordinate delivery with cross-functional engineering teams. You'll be responsible for keeping projects within agreed scope and timelines, maintaining a sprint-ready backlog, managing dependencies, and ensuring that delivered functionality meets business expectations. As part of a lean team, you'll work closely with the Client Side Delivery Team, Engineering Manager and Revmind CEO. We need someone who can independently manage delivery, communicate confidently with senior stakeholders, and bring structure to complex projects without adding unnecessary process. Key Responsibilities 1. Business Analysis & Requirements Management • Engage directly with client business stakeholders, product owners, and end users to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. • Define functional requirements, product scope, business processes, and expected outcomes. • Prepare and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Technical Requirements Documents (TRDs), functional specifications, and related documentation. • Translate business requirements into clear user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements in collaboration with engineering and data science teams. • Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and ambiguities in requirements before development begins. • Facilitate requirements workshops and discussions with business and technical stakeholders. • Maintain requirements traceability and manage changes to agreed scope throughout the product development lifecycle. • Ensure requirements are sufficiently detailed and actionable for engineering teams to execute without repeated clarification. 2. Scrum & Agile Delivery Management • Own day-to-day Scrum execution and sprint delivery across assigned development projects. • Manage Jira boards, product backlogs, epics, user stories, sprint objectives, task assignments, and delivery status. • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. • Work with product owners and engineering teams to prioritize backlog items and define achievable sprint goals. • Ensure the development backlog remains well-structured, prioritized, and sprint-ready. • Track sprint progress, team velocity, burndown, blockers, dependencies, and delivery commitments. • Identify delivery risks early, escalate issues appropriately, and coordinate resolution with relevant stakeholders. • Prepare sprint reports and communicate progress, risks, and delivery outcomes to client stakeholders and internal leadership. • Drive accountability for agreed actions, deadlines, and deliverables across cross-functional teams. 3. Project & Product Delivery Coordination • Coordinate end-to-end product delivery, from requirements definition and development planning through testing, release, and implementation. • Support product owners and business stakeholders in defining product roadmaps, release plans, milestones, and priorities. • Plan and manage epics, sprint objectives, project deliverables, and dependencies across engineering, analytics, and business teams. • Track project scope, timelines, resource dependencies, and delivery risks. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including software engineering, data engineering, AI/ML, QA, and business stakeholders. • Support project prioritization, delivery pipeline management, and follow-up on outstanding actions. • Facilitate product implementation and rollout activities with client teams. • Support change management activities, including stakeholder communication, user readiness, and adoption planning. • Maintain visibility into overall project progress and ensure timely escalation of delivery concerns. 4. Technical Documentation & Stakeholder Management • Own the creation and maintenance of structured project and technical documentation in Confluence. • Document business processes, functional workflows, system requirements, product features, technical decisions, and release information. • Work with engineering teams to ensure technical specifications and implementation-related documentation remain accurate and current. • Act as a primary coordination point between client business owners, product owners, engineering teams, and Revmind leadership. • Lead regular client meetings covering requirements, sprint progress, product demonstrations, risks, and upcoming priorities. • Communicate technical concepts and delivery constraints clearly to non-technical business stakeholders. • Prepare concise project status updates, meeting summaries, action trackers, and decision logs. • Build productive working relationships with senior business and technical stakeholders. 5. Functional Testing & Quality Assurance • Develop functional test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on business requirements and acceptance criteria. • Execute functional testing for features delivered during each sprint. • Validate completed functionality against agreed business requirements and expected user workflows. • Log, track, and retest defects using Jira. • Coordinate defect resolution with development teams and verify fixes before sprint sign-off. • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) with client stakeholders, including test preparation, execution coordination, and issue tracking. • Ensure delivered features meet agreed acceptance criteria before release. • Perform basic cross-browser and device compatibility testing when required. 6. Delivery Reporting & Performance Tracking • Maintain dashboards and reports tracking sprint progress, delivery performance, milestones, and project health. • Monitor relevant delivery KPIs, including velocity, sprint completion, defects, blockers, and planned versus completed work. • Provide clear visibility into project progress, delivery risks, and outstanding decisions. • Support tracking of product outcomes and business impact where relevant. • Identify recurring delivery bottlenecks and recommend practical process improvements. Requirements Experience • 5–8 years of relevant professional experience in business analysis, Agile project delivery, Scrum management, or software product development. • At least 4 years of hands-on Business Analyst or Agile delivery ownership, including independently facilitating ceremonies, managing Jira boards, and driving sprint execution. • Demonstrated experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional and technical specifications. • Hands-on experience preparing BRDs, TRDs, user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, and process documentation. • Proven ability to coordinate software delivery across business, engineering, and other technical teams. • Experience managing project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations. • Practical experience in functional testing, test case preparation, defect management, and UAT coordination. • Experience working directly with senior business stakeholders, product owners, and technical leadership. • Experience delivering enterprise software, analytics, data platforms, or AI-enabled products is preferred. Communication & Stakeholder Management • Excellent written and spoken English, with the confidence to lead discussions with senior client stakeholders independently. • Ability to bridge business requirements and technical implementation, translating complex concepts into clear, actionable deliverables. • Strong facilitation skills for requirements workshops, sprint ceremonies, stakeholder reviews, and delivery discussions. • Ability to communicate risks, blockers, trade-offs, and delivery status clearly and proactively. • Strong documentation skills, with attention to clarity, structure, and completeness. • Comfortable working with international and cross-functional teams. • Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain delivery momentum in a fast-moving environment. Technical & Tooling Skills • Jira: Advanced working knowledge of Scrum boards, backlog management, epics, user stories, sprint planning, dashboards, and reporting. • Confluence: Strong experience creating and maintaining BRDs, TRDs, functional specifications, technical documentation, and project knowledge bases. • Agile/Scrum: Practical experience applying Scrum principles and delivery practices to real software development projects. • Functional Testing: Experience creating test cases, executing tests, logging defects, verifying fixes, and supporting UAT. • Technical Understanding: Ability to work effectively with software engineers, data engineers, and AI/ML teams to clarify requirements and delivery dependencies. • Reporting: Experience preparing sprint reports, delivery dashboards, project trackers, and stakeholder status updates. Nice to Have • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certification. • Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery Lead. • Experience working in pharmaceutical, CPG, healthcare, or other enterprise environments. • Familiarity with AI/ML, Generative AI, advanced analytics, data engineering, or enterprise SaaS products. • Basic understanding of SQL, databases, APIs, and data workflows. • Previous software development or testing exposure using Java, JavaScript, or Python. • Experience coordinating product roadmaps, release planning, and change management activities. • Familiarity with BrowserStack or similar cross-browser testing tools. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. What Success Looks Like Within the first 90 days, we expect you to: • Independently manage assigned Jira boards, sprint ceremonies, and delivery tracking. • Establish a clear, prioritized, sprint-ready backlog with well-defined requirements and acceptance criteria. • Take ownership of business and technical requirements documentation in Confluence. • Confidently lead requirements and sprint-status discussions with client business owners and product owners. • Provide the Engineering Manager and CEO with accurate, concise visibility into sprint progress, blockers, and delivery risks. • Ensure delivered functionality is tested, defects are tracked, and acceptance criteria are verified before sign-off. • Help improve delivery predictability and reduce avoidable back-and-forth between business and engineering teams.
