Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for W2 requirements from direct clients. Source, screen, and conduct in-depth interviews to assess both technical and cultural fit. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and clients. Ensure timely closures of job roles while maintaining high submission-to-hire ratios. Negotiate pay rates, benefits, and contract terms with candidates. Stay updated on market trends, technologies, and recruitment best practices. Requirements Requirements: 6+ years of experience in US IT recruitment with expertise in W2 hiring. Strong knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and employment types. Hands-on experience using ATS, job boards, and sourcing tools (Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.). Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven work environment.
