• Manage and maintain positive relationships with parents, students, staff, and the local community. • Handle communication and coordination with parents and address their queries professionally. • Support the school in promoting its image, activities, events, and achievements. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and information flow. • Assist in organizing school events, meetings, and promotional activities. • Handle calls, messages, and inquiries from parents and other stakeholders. • Build and maintain a positive public image of the school. • Prepare basic reports, communication materials, and updates as required. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Good command of English and preferably the local language. • Candidates with experience in PR, public relations, customer relations, school coordination, or similar roles will be preferred. • Should be confident, presentable, and professional. • Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
