• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. • Provide technical support to users for hardware, software, and network-related issues. • Assist in setting up and maintaining LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and network devices. • Monitor network performance and report connectivity issues. • Configure and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows/Linux). • Support software installation, updates, and system maintenance. • Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions. • Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation. • Assist in data backup and recovery activities. • Coordinate with senior engineers for issue resolution and project tasks Requirements • Basic knowledge of Computer Hardware and Operating Systems. • Understanding of Networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN). • Familiarity with routers, switches, and Wi-Fi configuration. • Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows environment. • Good communication and teamwork skills.
