Description If your career objective is field construction management, ultimately serving as Project Superintendent, we offer internship opportunities to work full-time in the field. You will participate and learn activities related to managing job sites for large-scale commercial, multi-family, industrial, or institutional projects. Responsibilities • Assist with coordinating the efforts of multiple trades. • Participate in project inspections and complete daily reports. • Monitor progress of work and notify Superintendent of any delays. • Assist with communication and coordination with municipal officials. • Assist with project punch-list and oversee completion of all project disciplines. Requirements • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related degree. • Able to communicate effectively and work productively with others. • Other success factors include attention to detail, problem solving, reliability, thoroughness, positive attitude, professionalism, and an eagerness to learn. • Ability to use a computer, the Internet, and word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, and email software.
