Senior Manager– Business Intelligence & Analytics Location: Hyderabad Experience: 5–8 Years We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to drive business analytics, BI dashboards, data pipelines, reporting automation, and data-driven decision-making across the organisation. Key Responsibilities • • Build and manage Power BI and Google Looker dashboards for Sales, Finance, Procurement, Operations, Projects, and Management. • Design and build ETL processes and data pipelines to extract, transform, validate, and load data from multiple sources. • Analyse large datasets using Python (Pandas, NumPy) and SQL. • Develop automated MIS, KPI dashboards, trend/variance analysis, forecasting, and management reports. • Work extensively with Excel & Google Sheets, including XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, QUERY, FILTER, Pivot Tables, etc. • Integrate data from ERP, CRM, databases, APIs and other business applications. • Ensure data quality, reconciliation, consistency, and reliable automated data flows. • Identify business trends, gaps, anomalies, and opportunities and present actionable insights to senior management. • Work with business and technology teams to improve data architecture, automation and BI processes. Required Skills: Power BI | Google Looker | SQL | Python | ETL | Data Pipelines | DAX | Advanced Excel | Google Sheets | Data Modelling | Data Visualisation | Business Analytics Preferred Experience with ERPNext/Odoo/SAP/Dynamics, APIs, cloud databases/data warehouses, Power Automate, or Google Apps Script. Ideal candidate: A hands-on, business-oriented analytics professional who can independently manage the complete journey from raw data → ETL/data pipeline → analysis → Power BI/Looker dashboard → actionable management insight.
