Role Overview As a Business Development Executive / Inside Sales Executive, you will engage with jewelry retailers, wholesalers, and business buyers in the US market. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with prospective customers, introduce our lab-grown diamond offerings, generate interest, identify sales opportunities, and schedule meetings with potential clients. This role provides valuable exposure to international B2B sales, client engagement, and business development. Key Responsibilities • Make 200+ outbound outreach attempts per day using an automated dialer. • Connect with prospective US-based businesses and decision-makers. • Introduce the company's Lab-Grown Diamond products and services. • Identify potential customers, generate business interest, and create qualified sales opportunities. • Qualify leads and schedule meetings with interested prospects. • Conduct timely follow-ups and maintain engagement with prospective clients. • Maintain accurate CRM records and call updates. • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets. • Contribute to business growth through consistent outreach and relationship building.
