About the Role We are looking for a HR Intern who is keen to build practical exposure across HR Operations, HRMS, and HR processes. The intern will primarily support our HRMS transformation project, while also getting hands-on experience across the overall HR function and learning how technology is used to streamline HR processes. Key Responsibilities • Support the HRMS transformation and implementation project. • Assist with employee data migration, validation, and data accuracy. • Support HR process mapping, documentation, testing, and UAT. • Assist in setting up and maintaining HR workflows on the HRMS. • Prepare HR reports, MIS, trackers, and dashboards. • Support day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, employee records, attendance, leave, and exits. • Assist with HR policies, documentation, and employee communication. • Work with the HR team on process improvement and automation initiatives. • Support other HR projects and employee engagement initiatives as required.
