Take Your Multifamily Career to the Next Level. Learn the Business by Helping Run It.
Already have a start in real estate and ready for broader exposure? Most analyst roles keep you focused on one function. This one doesn’t.
Our full-time Rotational Analyst Program is built for professionals with some industry experience. You’ll contribute as a working analyst from the start, supporting operations in each department you rotate through while learning how a large-scale investment organization runs. If you’re analytical, enjoy working with data, and like solving real business problems, this program was built for you.
Why Monarch: Privately owned since 1992, Monarch has grown into one of the nation’s largest multifamily owners by investing in people, communities, and long-term success, not short-term trends.
• 80,000+ apartment homes under management
• Operations in 26 states
• 2,500+ team members
• One of the nation’s largest privately owned multifamily housing companies

What the Program Looks Like
This is a hands-on role, not a classroom track. In every rotation, you’ll work alongside experienced leaders and support day-to-day operations from an analyst perspective: digging into the data, spotting opportunities, and helping teams make better decisions. You’ll gain an inside look at the operational and financial drivers of multifamily real estate, see firsthand how a large real estate investment company acquires, operates, improves, and manages apartment communities, and build relationships with leaders across the organization.
