Qualifications for the Regional Maintenance Tech. Position: • 3+ years of facilities, property maintenance, or skilled trade experience. • Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, carpentry, and HVAC systems. • Great communication skills and the ability to effectively train less experienced techs. • Flexibility for occasional evening/weekend calls. • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable truck or van you can use for work. • Capable of passing a criminal background or drug screen.
