This position handles routine repairs, unit turns, preventive maintenance, and emergency service requests. Qualifications for the Maintenance Technician 2 Position: • 2+ years of residential maintenance experience. • Great communication skills. • Comfortable utilizing cell phone and laptop to complete daily tasks. • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance. • Ability to pass criminal background check and drug screen.
